As you all know, the Reading Ruffolos is a family who loves to read. So it is a family where I belong.
I am Antoinette and I love to read. I read anything. I read books written by Filipino authors.
In our family, we want to become different professionals.
JJ, my baby brother, wants to be a firefighter. Nicholas, my twin brother, wants to be a scientist and an inventor. I want to be a doctor, a surgeon, so I can help fix people’s bodies.
My Mom is a journalist, writer, storyteller. She also teaches students about speech and universal grammar. I listen to her classes. She also teaches us different languages. So many languages. My Dad writes too and he’s a good editor and speech writer. They help me improve my writing.
Now, I’m going to tell you about books. Books are very good for everyone. It’s good for children and young people. Also good for old people because your mind will become young. Books are good because of the authors and illustrators. The authors write the stories while the illustrators draw or paint the pictures.
