Product Review: Frontera Taco Seasoning Sauce

 By Jeff Ruffolo

When time’s a wasting and the kids are jumping up and down – screaming for dinner – there’s nothing better than frying up some ground beef and adding a package of Frontera Texas Original Taco Skillet Sauce.

It was Taco Night at Casa Ruffolo and that’s what we did the other day – Cris set the table and I put on my Chef’s hat and fired up the stove.

In no time flat, one pound of lean ground beef was cooked to perfection and adding the sauce to the piping hot meet was effortless.

No dried taco seasonings to mess with and no exact water to add.

Everything is measured out in the 8 oz package.

Just slice open the plastic container, pour and stir. Don’t forget to add one medium sized red onion.

And the taste?

Exceptional!

Cooking time is less than five minutes and alone I gobbled up five hard shell tacos.  Be sure to cut up plenty of tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.

Cilantro is extra.

Using celebrity Chef Rick Bayless as its spokesperson, Frontera Texas Original Taco Skillet Sauce is all natural, has no preservatives and is gluten free. Doubtful that one package will last throughout the coming Zombie Apocalypse, but shelf life is minimal here at Casa Ruffolo.

Be sure to pick up and try Frontera Texas Original Taco Skillet Sauce.

You and your family – will be glad you did!
