The Cebu City Public Library

It is almost 6:00 in the evening here in Paris and we just ended a full day onboard a hop on, hop off tourist bus, which made nine stops around Paris. I am still using my Samsung Galaxy Note to update this blog inside Le Grand Bar Cluny on 82 Boulevatd Saint Germain. Internet at our townhouse at the Marriott Vacation Club is still crappy and we are not happy with it. We cannot call the Cebu house to see the twins via Skype video call.

Going around Paris today, I saw libraries, museums, palaces, plazas, bookshops and everything is just so wonderful. The past is so flawlessly connected with the present that you can almost see the future.

I was looking at the Louvre Museum when I just remembered the building where the Cebu City Public Library is located. I wrote about it in the Inquirer a few years back. Here is the story:http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/27891/library-museum-gallery-under-one-roof.

I do not have any indepth analysis whatsoever. Going arouns here, with the temperature dropping at two degrees Celcius more or less and in a cold, rainy weather, I remember home… Wondering if someday, someday we can be proud of our past and nurturing of our present so we can work out our future…well.

Love from Paris.
